Being former Director of Hamro Team, I would like to address all the Members, Affiliates, Friends and everybody who helped me during my period as Director of the company.
Being familiar with computers, I started my first job being general labor and that helped me to understand, “what the real world is” and I’m grateful to my mother for this who forced me to stick with the job she selected. I’m talking about the time when I had just left my full time job in a shop. Although I had good 3 years experience on the field I dropped it because I was attracted by an advertisement; “Online Jobs”.
I had bought my first pen-drive and it was the time when floppy diskettes were still popular. This device dragged me back to computers again and finally I made my mind to start “online job”. I took training; did lots of tests & practices spoiling lots of money in it. These different tests and researches made me confident that I can stick with “online jobs” but hearing unsuccessful story of some people who were working around with “online jobs” made me think that if I can help all of them.
From my partial researches, I realized that I need a team to start together to get success; that was, to help others. I invited friends for the research; Manoj (the Lungs) and Abinash (currently owner of Hamro Team) to help me. I cannot forget the contribution of my friends Bikash Silwal (the fire), Nabin Bista (the philosopher), Prakash KC (the stronger), Prakash Budathoki (the laughter). We sticked together and formed a Team; Hamro Team.
During my research my father and sister supported me financially, my mother bought me a powerful computer and my brother and my wife supported me on many things. I had a great project and I soon realized that if anyone related with IT having money and with lots of greediness will definitely clone the project. For me it was a big threat hence I silently started developing software myself, that took most of the time during 2 years of research.
Abinash and me together started to gather friends formally to join Hamro Team. It was the time when we used to rely on the software that I developed which was actually a desktop application. After few months Abinash left the Team, he explained that its because of his personal matter. After that Manoj was still there for support along with his friends. Few months later Hamro Team kept a stall in CAN Info Tech 2009 (an IT Festival) for the first time, the happiest moment for me and my friends and thanks to them who volunteered without complains.
I had planned to get loan for few months and I was made convinced for it. Disaster started when only 60% of the purposed loan was approved because, first: the loan was received too late that maximized the expenses, second: I had already invested 20% of the total loan’s amount borrowing from a friend which was supposed to returned from the loan’s amount. Finally 40% of the total loan amount was left that could be invested of which 30% went on office setup and remaining 10% on general expenses. I had nothing left for investment and this was one major drawback for the project. Time to return the loan was approaching near hence later the sole ownership of the company was forced to change into partnership, this was another disaster, which bonded me even more, mentally squeezing me. After few months its now the day when I finally proposed my partner the loan-lender of the company to hand ownership to a new person.
Now I’m in the company handling web administration. I’ve lots of promises to complete hence I’ll serve Hamro Team through one of the most responsible post. Lots of thanks to Bibek for his affection, I and Hamro Team will not forget contribution of Mac Sir and brother Adeel who was always with me on my bad times.
Hamro Team is now reloaded with lots of energy, the Technology we are currently using is reliable and we are now able to keep the promises.
I urge all the member of Hamro Team to unite again to provide support.
